Since our products are made to order i.e. each and every product you wish to bring to your homes are made once we receive your orders. Think of it as being getting tailored to you which unfortunately makes it unfeasible for us to accept returns nor exchanges. Paying extra attention while making purchases towards sizing, color and other factors is highly recommended to also lower the impact on the planet, us, and you.
Unfortunately, refunds are not an option. However, customers have the opportunity to receive store credits, which remain valid for future use. We highly recommend creating an unboxing video for any online purchases. This proactive step can significantly assist customers in achieving the best possible outcome if returns become necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are non- saleable. Items must remain in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and notify us of any defects, damage, or incorrect items. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it. An unboxing video can be particularly helpful in such situations.
Refunds will be provided to customers in two instances:
- If the order is cancelled before the product is delivered.
- If the customer receives incorrect or damaged products (an unboxing video is required as evidence to support the claim).
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact us at lineageeboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised us, as it may result in a slower resolution time.
